Weapon Vendors - No firearms will be allowed at the convention. Obvious toy weapons such as those used for cosplay, LARPing or superhero based items (Thor’s hammer or Captain America’s shield) will be allowed. Swords and other steel weapons will also be allowed to be sold but please be careful. We ask that if a weapon is purchased, it is wrapped and the person is escorted to an exit immediately. The person can then put the weapon in their car and return to the convention. No one will be allowed to walk the convention with a sword/dagger, mace, etc. Food Vendors - Lebco Hobby Expo will have a concession stand but other food vendors will be allowed to vend as long the vendor is not selling hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken fingers, sodas and the like that would directly compete with the concession stand. Feel free to ask if your items are being offered by the concession stand. Candy, hot sauce and similar items will all be acceptable.  Pornography/Adult Material - The Lebco Hobby Expo will not allow any content that would be considered adult. This convention will be family friendly. If you have any material that could be classified as adult in nature, please do not bring it. Non-Comic or Collectible Vendors – As of now, we are not accepting vendors that are not sellers of collectible merchandise, or vendors that do not cater to the traditional comic con scene. If you sell roofing, siding, bathrooms, cable TV, phone services or the like, please do not apply. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Art – The convention shares the belief that having a computer steal art from other artists is not true art. Any vendor selling AI art will be asked to leave and if you do sell AI art, please do not rent a booth. We would like artists that create their own works of art at the convention. ⚠️ 3D Printing Vendors -Conventions are oversaturated with 3D printing sellers. We are choosing 1, if any. The articulated dragons, dragon eggs, snakes, and similar fidgets require no talent to make. We prefer the 3D printing seller to do actual modeling and creation of their own print files. If you are a 3D printing vendor who reprints and sells files from thingiverse, consider NOT vending at our show.  ​ Vendors have until 30 days before the convention to cancel their booth/table and receive a partial (50%) refund. ​ If the show were to be canceled for any reason, the vendor will have the option of the return of funds or roll over to our next convention. ​ If you have something heavier than a table (such as gridwall) to be placed on the floor, the vendor hall requests you put something down first to protect the floors. Carpet, carpet runners or heavy cardboard are acceptable. ​ The sales tax rate for Pennsylvania is 6%. It is the sole responsibility of each vendor to collect and declare state tax. ​ A written contract will need to be signed before load in. When you arrive, contracts will be available at the check in desk.
